The general terms and conditions of the RAAA3 platform are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The RAAA3 online platform is managed by RAAA3 Sarl (hereinafter referred to as “platform”). These general terms define the functioning of the online purchase of digital credits, the rights and obligations of community members, and regulate the relationship between the platform operator and the user.
A buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of the purchase. Before completing an order, the user is always informed about the Terms and Conditions and confirms acceptance before proceeding.
Types of Users
When registering on the RAAA3 platform, the visitor creates an account using their e-mail address and a chosen password.
The username and password uniquely identify the user within the platform.
Registration is also possible during the purchase process. If the user wishes to change their e-mail address later, a request must be sent to info@raaa3.com. Changes are processed the same or next business day, and confirmation is sent via e-mail.
Accessibility of Information
Before being bound by a contract, RAAA3 undertakes to provide users with the following information:

Offer Items
Due to the nature of online operations, the offer is frequently updated.
Prices in the online store are listed as online prices.
Order
A contract between RAAA3 and the user is considered concluded at the moment when the platform sends the first e-mail confirming the status of the order (subject: “In process”).
Methods of Payment
RAAA3 enables the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer to the company’s transaction account
- Payment through supported online payment services (where available)
Issuing an Invoice
RAAA3 issues an electronic or printed invoice together with the confirmation of ordered digital credits.
Invoices contain all required information, including price, costs and notice on the right of withdrawal (if applicable).
The user is responsible for verifying accuracy before completing the purchase.
Prices
Prices apply equally to all RAAA3 users.
Prices do not include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Despite best efforts to provide accurate information, errors in pricing may occur. In such cases, RAAA3 will notify the user and allow withdrawal from the purchase if necessary.
Order Notification Procedure
- Order received – after submitting an order, the user receives an e-mail confirmation.
- Order review – RAAA3 checks availability and either confirms or rejects the order.
- Updates – users receive e-mail notifications about order status and credit activation timeline.
Purchases by Legal Entities
The purchase process for legal entities is the same as for individuals. Legal entities may use all available payment methods specified above.
Protection of Personal Data
RAAA3 undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with ZVOP-1.
Stored data may include: username, e-mail address, telephone number, registration date, and communication history.
Data is used exclusively for fulfilling orders and communicating with the member.
Personal data of guest users is stored only for the duration of the order process.
Users are responsible for ensuring security of their login credentials and device.
Limitation of Liability
RAAA3 strives to ensure accuracy and relevance of information on the platform. The platform is not responsible for potential errors in user-generated content.
RAAA3 may withdraw from the contract in cases of obvious errors (Article 46 OZ), such as incorrect essential characteristics or evident price mistakes.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Users can submit complaints to info@raaa3.com.
The process is confidential and handled in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
RAAA3 will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.
According to applicable regulations, RAAA3 does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute settlement provider as competent unless required by law.
Community Membership
RAAA3 enables digital credit purchases worldwide. Credits are utility-based digital items used exclusively to access features and services inside the RAAA3 platform.
They are not financial instruments or investment products.
